How to insert a picture into an Excel comment
Quick tutorial on how to insert a picture into Microsoft Excel Comment
1. Right click on the cell where you would like to insert a comment and click Insert Comment
2. Right click on the edge of the Comment Box and click Format Comment
3. Click on the Colors and Lines Tab and then Fill Effects...
4. Go to Picture Tab in the Fill Effects popup menu and click Select Picture...
5. Select the picture you wish and Click OK twice
6. You can use different formatting options to the comment box and even add text comments if you want to
