Use Data Bars to Highlight Data Quickly
Data bars in Excel are very useful to visualize values in a range of cells. A longer bar represents a higher value.
To add data bars, follow below steps.
1. Select a range.
2. From the Home tab, click Conditional Formatting, select Data Bars, and than select Gradient or Solid Fill.
