error "Sorry, excel can't open two of the same workbooks at the same time"
Try changing the name of the file and reopen.
Sometimes when you have files with the same name, you get error such as below.

On the second file you want to compare (with the same file name) 1) Right click on your excel icon on your task bar. 2) Press and hold "ALT" (on the keyboard next to windows button) 3) Click on the Excel 2013 button (Please hold alt once you have clicked the button) 4) you will be prompted by the following "Do you want to start a new instance of Excel" Press YES
5) Open the file with the same name and your problem has been solved
